For what it is worth, I can offer the following:
The Cloquet team is the Cloquet B White team. Since Cloquet has an A a B1 and a B team. One can assume that team represents the lower third of the current crop of Cloquet peewees. They will be playing Pequot Lakes who took second in the Grand Rapids peewee B2 tourney at Thanksgiving. They beat Grand Rapids B2, either Brainerd or Elk River before losing to Edina B2 White. Pequot Lakes is the only peewee team in the Central Lakes association of D15. Pequot Lakes play in the Peewee B East league and appear to be a .500 team.
Eastview is either their B1 or B2 team. The B1 team is in the middle of D6 B1 league and doing well. The B2 is in the lower half and appear to be struggling. Woodbury is the Woodbury Blue B2 team. Since they have one A, two B1 teams, two B2 teams and three C teams, that means the team is rated in the middle of the Woodbury peewee program at the start of the season. They play in D8 and are currently in virtual tie for second in the D8 Peewee B2 league.
The Mound Westonka team appears to be the Mound Westonka Peewee B Red. But I am uncertain. The Red are currently undefeated in D5 league play (9-0). The Grand Rapids has three peewee teams, A, B1 and B2. The team entered is the B1 team. They are currently 10-3-1, playing mostly D11/12 teams. This appears to be an interesting game.
Shakopee team is their B team (they have an A and a B team). The Shakopee B team plays in the D6 B2 league. They are in the lower third of the league. La Cresent is a D8 team from an association that has only one peewee team. They play in the D8 Peewee B league and are doing well (5-1). They are playing against B1 teams in that league.
With this as background, I would guess that if the Eastview team is the B1, they should take the upper bracket. If not it would be a toss up between Pequot Lakes and Woodbury Blue. The other bracket should favor La Cresent who to me is the tourney favorite. But this is peewee B hockey and the kids can improve so much as the season progresses. So who knows.

Well it looks like fredrick61 knew what he was talking about. Eastview beat GR 3-0 in the championship, LaCrescent beat Cloquet for 3rd easily, and I think Mound-westonka beat Woodbury for 5th. Eastview stomped Woodbury(b2) and Cloquet (white) and scored three earily against GR, but got out played for the last 2 periods to win it all. GR beat Mound 3-2 in 2 ots and Lacresent 1-0 to advance to the title game.
