Re: Biggest win of the month !
Westy, you beat me to the punch on this one. Good stuff.
Hopefully get to see them play the Spuds later in the short season.

Thanks.
I am part of the youth football board but have little to do with with the high school success.
That goes to the coaches and the players buy-in.
Jacks and Spuds should be good. Almost always is.

It will probably require college level Calculus to determine when was the last time a 5A school beat a 6A school.
Being around high school football for nearly 30 years......a viable youth football association is directly related to high school success. Getting kids involved and taught the fundamentals is very important. Something as simple as an off tackle dive takes timing.
FWIW, kudos to both teams for agreeing to play this game. Football coaches are among the most rigid and most structured people around. To, at the last second, agree to play a game with no preparation shows they want their kids to play.

Sometimes you just need to play and not overthink the game.goldy313 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 24, 2020 11:59 pm It will probably require college level Calculus to determine when was the last time a 5A school beat a 6A school.
