mite tournament change

MH has changed the # of games per day and the rest period between games for mite cross-ice/half-ice tournaments.
Specifics will be released shortly and included in the MH handbook.
Brief recap - 4 games per day will be allowed for those that play short games (45 minutes) a with a 45 minute rest period between the games.
Games of 1 1/4 hour or less will also have less restrictions.
