Playoffs
I think it will be Detroit and Ottawa in the Cup finals and Ottawa is gonna take it. They are a solid team and they are finally back to health, except for Hasek, but Emery is a great back-up for the dominator.

Re: Playoffs
Ottawa is very strong team and have some real good talent. The wings are almost the best they have every been. This year they are fifth all time in points. The other teams that rank up there are teams that were great. Mabey this years Wings will go down in history. I WISH THE WILD WERE THERE........

Flames vs. Sens, Flames in 7

Good Teams
I like the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. I also love the way Montrael has played. The Avalanche have looked very good, but the Stars are simply playing brutal hockey. It is still anyone's Cup. Possibly the Sabres even.
Grand Rapids-2006 State Runner Up

bye bye Detroit. Is this the last we've seen of Yzerman and Chelios?

Re: Good Teams
goood bye 1234 seeds so much for home ice advantage....im rootin for san jose now they really turned their season around when joe thornton came there...i think they were near dead last in the standings before he arrived there....cheechoo is getting all the benefits with thornton being a playmaker for him.....nicely done underdogs

Re: Good Teams
So far every series is either 2-0 or 3-0. Looks like Anaheim is going to take down Colorado as they just went up 3-0, San Jose has looked tough to go ahead 2-0. Ottawa is down 2-0 but something tells me they will be tough to knock off, same with New Jersey.

Re: Good Teams
i think these semi series are different...as in who woulda thought the sens would be down 3-0 and colorado they scored alot of goals in the reg season but to be down 3-0 yes the duck goalie has been playing out of his mind but cmon3-0 this has been an akward sort of playoffs from the start the 1234 seeds going out in the 1st rd in the western confrence but then again how many points did those top 4 teams gain from shootout points...i see the confrence finals basically almost set and stone at this point i see buffalo vs carolina and san jose vs the ducks....that carolina team has impressed me they deserve some credit u get 22 seconds to score a goal on martin brodeur or game over and they managed to get it done was impressive to me..or how about that duck goalie got himself some ink in the shutout books 2nd longest all time in playoff hockey thats impressive and its not even the goalie that impressed everyone a couple years ago when they won the cup

Edited by: <A HREF=http://p100.ezboard.com/bmnhs.showUserP ... terfry9 at: 5/11/06 4:40 pm
