Depends on the first round match up. If they face Calgary right away it could be tough.

For some reason the Wild really struggle against the Flames. The only team the Wild have ever lost to in the playoffs is the Ducks, as long as we don't draw them we'll okay right? I really think they can go far this year, if we get the goaltending. Let's hope for the Stars or the Avalanch.

I am licking my chops for the Stars in the 1st round!
Hopefully Calgary can win a couple down the stretch - they have four games left.

Maybe the Wild should go to OT before beating the Flames on Thursday?
I mean we still want to clinch the division, but it would be nice for the Flames to get a point.

Ideally it would be:

Detroit vs. Colorado (mid to late 90's hatred again?)
SJ vs. Vancouver (two great goalies, good west coast match-up)
Wild vs. Dallas (can you imagine the frenzy in Xcel for that series?)
Anaheim vs. Calgary (maybe the Flames could get the Ducks for us?)

I know most people would not like it and it is not likely, but an all Northwest Division semi-finals would be awesome!

I am only afraid of San Jose and Calgary. Let someone else beat those two and let's make a run. Strap up, April 9th is not far away.

I wouldn't. The Wild have done much better against them this year than they have against Calgary.

It should be a tough tournament. But I do think that they have a good shot at winning the title!
