Hey Westy. I’m sure you saw a lot of Rinzel that past few years. Read a few scouting reports. Like to here yours. Gonna try to make it out for the fall Elite League this year.
Again they need to have a weekend of games at Aldrich.

Yes, we’ve seen Sam each of last 3 yrs a few reg season games , playoffs, and fall elite league .
He was an old draft eligible HS jr , turned 18 in June , About 6.4 and 175. Will be formidable big body in a few more years . A very good skater for his size at this age.. Good blue line angle reads . Good breakout instincts , passing vs moving puck up himself which he can do well.. Solid accurate shot . Occasionally stick handles too much in ozone , and then prone to pickoff . Would like to see him use body more . Occasionally will leave weak side low slot unprotected . Heard made good progress on his whole game with Waterloo this spring , and he will play there next year . Motzko locked him early , before junior year. Several NHL teams were interested , he went a little higher than his consensus ranking in mid second round . They all know more than me about his upper ceiling . So, every reason to think he will be good Gopher contributor , and top 4 D for an NHl team someday .
