State Tourney Pick'em Contest Results

Thanks to everyone who played in this year's State Tourney Pick'em game. With all of the parity that we've talked about all season, it found it rather ironic that none of the 16 entries picked Mahtomedi in Class A or Hill Murray in Class AA for State Champion.
Here are the results:
Class A
1) BP with 28
2) SEC Scotty with 25
3) TTPuckster with 24
Class AA
1) MNHockey1 with 22
2) SEC Scotty with 20
3) WarmUpTheBus with 18; wins 1st tiebreaker over Joris016 with a guess of 9 goal vs 6 goals in Class A 3rd place game. Actual was 10
4) Joris018 with 18
Overall
1) SEC Scotty with 45
2) BP with 43
3) MNHockey1 with 37

And for the record elliott finished in a 3-way tie for 9th with 28 points.

I was curious if anyone picked Mahtomedi AND Hill-Murray, knowing that each was a big underdog in their respective class. But I am a little surprised that nobody picked either one.

The pool I ran had 24 entries with Hill winning it all. Of course, 1/2 the pool are Hill alums, so we had that going for us. Any year Hill is in and doesn’t win, our entries are near the bottom.
