The only other AA freshman I could find who has tallied at least ten points is Andrew Carls of Coon Rapids with 10-7-17. He had a hatty against Elk River, so it isn’t all against weaker competition. (Yes, I was bored during that pathetic Vikings game.)

Well done RHF and 5280!

Will put them on super freshmen tracker list each week!

I heard about Gunderson hatty against Spuds, but didn’t know he was 9th. Bright future!

Any relation to Dana Gunderson from the '90 Roseau team?

His dad Dale Gunderson was also on the 1990 Championship team. Dale is Dana’s brother.

Interestingly Roseau’s top 3 leading scorers (Aaron & Paul Huglen, Gavin Gunderson) are all sons of players from Roseau’s 1990 Championship team.

WM, I suggest you add Biondi stats to the listing too, since HT pretty much plays a AA schedule during the REGULAR season...😮 Trailing Tonka 3-0, how many other players on this list are capable of pumping in two goals? (to bring the Hawks back to tie the Skips) 😉

Top AA scorers through Jan 19. I changed the list to include all AA teams/players because easier to cut and paste right out of the data base, so people can draw their own conclusions about SOS,
This week cutoff is 27 points. Goals, assists, total points. Apologize for any errors/omissions.

Mike Koster with 52 pts. for a defenseman is awesome. Doctor and Luedtke are tied at 35. Is that second place for defensemen?

Those are the 3 best D in the State this year IMO. And Tonka’s schedule is a LOT more difficult than Chaska ☝️

In games against common opponents (only the first SLP game for Koster and only the first Edina game for Docter and Luedtke) the numbers are Luedtke 19, Koster 19 and Doctor 13.

Huge battle down the stretch for AA scoring leader. Points through last night the 13th.

Bryce and Carsen the best AA 1,2 highest scoring punch since: Tufte and Notermann? Or Jaremko and Lutz ? Or ???

Blaine travels to CP tonight (against Brendan B) but then finishes the season at home (in a name your score game) against Osseo, while HF appears to have only 1 game left, hosting Stillwater. So somebody from Blaine will win the AA scoring title, most likely BB ☝️They are a great duo, similar to Riley & Luke & JJ & Lutz. But not in the same league as Spehar & Locker IMO.

And none of the mentioned in the same league as Festler and Hanowski even though they were single A

I had time to go back and check.

Tufte and Notermann each had 78 points in their senior year regular season.

Jaremko had 69 and Lutz had 61 for the Elks
