A little sloppy and Edina has been a little too fancy at times but I think the pace has been good.

DE is very happy with how the 2nd period just went... as is Karl 😉

I'm a little disappointed. The single A games had more excitement than this one.

This is how East beat Tonka, playing heavy and taking them out of their typical fast-paced, pass-happy game. But it's going to be tough for East to hold off the Edina flurry of shots in the third period that I predict will happen (as Edina did against Tonka when losing).

Fantastic coaching by Randolph! Take away the rush and Edina really doesn’t know what to do. For those that think Walker will step on a college rink and dominate look no further! Good teams defend well and East has put on a clinic so far.

I don't know why people are complaining, this game has been really fun to watch. Coaching and goaltending has been the difference.
I hope East takes it tomorrow.

East played well but Mackay botching that one from the red line was a killer for Edina.

BINGO...now if Tonka wins, we’ll see if DE can do it again, this time with #3 Leudtke in the lineup? 😉

It was a great game, breakneck speed, great defense, no penalties. Your posts just show sourness that your team is watching it on TV.

Congrats to Duluth East.

As a Tonka fan I was hoping for a rematch with East but now Tonka needs to do their part.

Okay so you didn't get the game you wanted but if East opens it up they get scrubbed by Edina.
Perfectly executed game plan by East to ADVANCE.

That was rough. How many times is Randolph going to completely out coach and out smart Edina?

What should the Edina coach done differently?
