PageStat
I think it had been something like 18 years since I last ran PageStat for girls' hockey. They're back up in response to a question I fielded yesterday on Twitter. I thought, why not? I have free time.

Re: PageStat
This is awesome - thank you for doing this! Great resource.
You're missing Blake's 3-1 win over Gentry from yesterday, though. May not have been updated on the hub when you loaded the records. Not sure if there are others.

Re: PageStat
Probably missed it, yeah. I'll be reconciling the PageStat W/L records Sunday morning when I do the usual weekly reconciliation on the Boys' side.

Re: PageStat
As it turns out, I didn't have any of yesterday's scores entered! Working on those and should have the new ratings, including from today's games, posted later tonight.

Re: PageStat
So half (3) of the Top 6 - and 4 of the Top 10 - are in Section 6AA. Tough road to make State for all 6AA teams.
Re: PageStat
I was impressed enough that you committed to doing this on Sunday... But to do it on New Year's Eve!! The effort directed towards the girls game is much appreciated - kudos!
Re: PageStat
I think Cretin as the perennial 5 seed in section 6 had the best idea - leave! I like their odds out of sections 3 better than any individual team out of 6 (maybe even Edina). The 4th highest rated team out of 6 is higher ranked than the top ranked teams out of sections 3, 5, and 8 (as usual).MNHockeyFan wrote: ↑Fri Dec 31, 2021 10:44 pm So half (3) of the Top 6 - and 4 of the Top 10 - are in Section 6AA. Looking at the rankings... why is a top 5 Gentry playing the 107, 91, 90, 81, and 75th ranked teams? Not to mention Hudson... Do they really need that level of easiness for the kids to get the point totals they want?
Re: PageStat
I also just wanted to say thanks for running this on the girls side, Lee, greatly appreciated!
