1 Russian Box - Off-ice Hockey Training aid. Used for off ice plyometrics.

Located at the Coon Rapids Ice Center.

They are made from high strength steel and have high quality matting on them. We had 3 of these made for our training center, but only have room for 2 at our new ice arena.

These are very heavy and will take about 4 adults to move and load in your trailer. It will not fit in a pick up bed.

It is 10ft 10inches long and just over 2 feet high.
