Northern Players Class of 2012

Do any of the fine posters know if the list of players are moving on after high school or not? If so please fill in the blanks:

Repensky - USHL --> Chicago Force
Trevor Olson - USHL --> Greenbay
Bitzer - NAHL --> Alexandria, maybe USHL?

Leabo & Bitzer will play Junior Hockey (NAHL, I think) in Alexandria (subject to change).

These teams own these players' rights; not sure if they're going there or not, though.
Ben Campbell: Alexandria (NAHL)
Brian LeBlanc: Chicago Steel (USHL)

Haven't heard much about the rest, though I'm sure some will get offers.

Interested to see where Repensky ends up for college. Really like the way he plays.

Saw Mclain play from Brainerd a few times this yr. He can score, that's for sure, not sure how that will translate into the next level.

Don't know about Anderson (doubt he's playing anywhere), but Pechovnik is also done playing and will be sharing a dorm room with Mattson at UND.

I know of some kids which have made it each year from the tryout process. Now I will agree that it is the tough way to go and that there are few that make it that way. But it is possible.

Chicago no longer has Repensky's rights. He's draft eligible again this year

Yup, and Repensky is not protected by Chicago Steele anymore, but tendered with Bismarck Bobcats NAHL.
