It is a potential "Mighty Ducks" story especially since the Wisconsin Wilderness (now the Cloquet Wilderness) made it to the RBC semifinals at the end of the 2012-2013 season proving the SIJHL teams can compete at the top Canadian levels plus the fact that the team is owned by Hoyt Lakes residents.

Just posted a game story on the Minnesota Iron Range team competing in the Ontario Canada Junior Tier II hockey leagues this season. The team plays out of Hoyt Lakes, MN on the east end of the Iron Range and is owned by Hoyt Lakes parents and grand parents. The story can be read at:
