Re: What Big 10 school fits you?
I'm Ireland- Mystical and rain-soaked, you remain mysterious to many people, and this makes you intriguing. You also like a good night at the pub, though many are just as worried that you will blow up the pub as drink your beverage of choice. You're good with words, remarkably lucky, and know and en...

Re: The "DUKE" himself
I felt the same way about ER in the late 90's-early 00's, but the past couple years I cheer for whoever comes out of the section. Can't say the same for 6AA though (I hate EP and Edina, I could NEVER cheer for them).

I'm pulling for ER to get 3rd place.<img src...

Re: Moss is gone
Well said, Baby Blue. Another option, though, if the draft doesn't go the way that the Vikes want it to, is they can trade down to around 13 or 14 and get something for that 7th pick. Get Thomas Davis there, then with that 18th pick get a D-Lineman like Antajj Hawthorne from Wisconsin or Shawn Cody ...

Re: Moss is gone
2a- I'd get the other Rolle in the draft, Antrel Rolle, the Miami Hurricane CB. He is much younger than Samari (I think they are cousins or something). Samari is good, but hes getting older. Either Antrel or Derrick Johnson would be great fits for the D at 7. I just hope that we don't pick Mike Will...

Re: Moss is gone
As amazed as I am that I'm saying this, but if the Vikings spend their money right and luck goes their way, they could be better next year. Yes, I know I said the trade sucked, but Napoleon Harris is a solid fairly young LB, and this trade leaves them with tons of money. They can get one of many sol...

Re: Moss is gone
Moss for LB Napoleon Harris, a 1st round pick and a late round pick. What a horrible deal for the Vikes. Hopefully we get one of the top defensive players in the draft with that 7th pick, or else this could wind up being the 2nd worst trade in Vikes history, behind the Herschel Walker trade.

...

Re: Violence in Sports
I heard the NBA is making changes in the sale of alcohol during games to keep fans from getting too drunk to prevent fans from throwing things on the court and, more importantly, drunk drivng after the game. Does anyone have any information on this?

Violence in Sports
Anyone notice how much worse violence in sports has gotten in the past year or so? There is a bench clearing brawl almost every 2-3 weeks and fans fighting with players in baseball. There was the pregame fight in the Steelers vs. Browns game. The brawl between South Carolina and Clemson in NCAA Foot...

He has the best juke moves I have ever seen, the best spin move I've ever seen, the best at breaking tackles, the best at finding a hole in the defense, and on top of that has amazing speed and strength. And these aren't small teams he is playing against. He plays at the same high school that Eagle ...

Re: Preview of 2006
Jefferson should be solid next year as well. They lose many top players (Connely, Overman, Wild, Ruff, etc.), but they have Austin Lee coming back in goal, who is a top 5 goalie in the state right now. Josh Levine returns and should put numbers similar to what Wayzata's Lucia and Miller are putting ...
