Jefferson beats Wayzata for consolation. Wayzata with 2 loses in this tourney Tonka and Elk River lose to the Fire in Moorehead and both bea...

Interesting results in Bloomington ... Gives more fuel to the fire that that no team in dominant this year. Wayzata the only undefeated team coming in doesn't get out of their pool (the toughest pool in the tourney). Lakeville South who lost two really tight games in Edina take that pool that includ...

what teams has the 99 fire scrimmaged/played that are from associations so far? I would assume they have had some games with Minnesota associations. I am sure they haven't lost many(likely any) knowing who some of the kids are that are on this team.

Wayzata should face some of the teams in "the pack" in Bloomington this weekend, if they fair well they would have to be the team to beat in Fargo they are in a pool with Lakeville South, Rosemount and Prior Lake all who have been discussed in this thread. Others in the tourney include Jef...

[quote="buzzsaw"]Here's my top 10. Only top three are in order and I've seen all these teams play at least one time. STMA and their goaltending could see them at the top at end of year. My pick for Fargo is STMA. Tonka beat STMA in EP tourney but Minnetonka has to be more consistant. Elk R...

Looks like the top teams this year ... the ones that have separated themselves from the rest are Wayzata, Elk River, EP, Tonka, Stillwater, STMA and Centennial. While there are other good teams out there these have been the most consistent. Other thoughts? Are there any other big tourneys out there ...

Any word on the NSP tourney? In Edina ... it looks like Elk River and Stillwater will come out of one side. Depending on tonights game between centennial and OMG it will be EP, Centennial or OMG out of the other. Any with insights into the games? Who looks to be the favorite going into tomorrows big...

From the looks it we will know a lot more about this years A squirts following the EP, NSP and Edina tourneys over the next few weeks. All the major players seem to be in at least one of those tourneys (Contenders CAPS?) NSP - North St. Paul, Lakeville, MINNETONKA, WAYZATA, MOUNDSVIEW, Roseville, Ap...

Stillwater did not look as good against WBL as they have most of this short season (specifically against Bloomington Jefferson and others they played in the Brooklyn Park Thanksgiving tourney). WBL is good and did a nice job of taking Stillwater off their game after the Ponies looked pretty dominant...
