Brainerd should still be very solid this year, as they were very deep last year. My expectations are another state tourney appearance. Not sure if they can go as deep as last year. I do think Alexandria will give them a good run in sections, as they are deeper than they have ever been.

Cathedral definitely the favorite. Alexandria lost a lot of talent and depth to graduation, but they should still be the #2 team in the section. I would go Little Falls and Sartell as 3 and 4. After that it is pretty slim pickings.

You could take those boys that were cut, put a team together, it would compete for an A championship every year, and be able to beat many AA squads.
