Did Rapids make it down for tonight's game?

It's too bad Rapids couldn't make it Thursday night, Edina/GR was probably the best matchup of the Classic.

Didn't expect a snoozer of a tournament so far, maybe the night games will change things around. Edina had momentum at the end of the first period, but nothing came of it.

Very juicy. Andover played one of its best games of the season against Rapids and Moorhead didn't look impressive against Elk River. I think Moorhead rebounds and I'll take them 4-2 over Andover with one ENG.

I think Edina gets the 5 seed if Rogers wins. Regardless, Edina is a dangerous team going into the tourney. Wouldn't want to face them first round.

MSHSL at it again trying to create artificial demand...put the finals in small arenas, take away the streaming, then claim there is this HUGE demand for high school hockey! I'm not going to get started on the whole state tourney season ticket ordeal. Another avenue to create artificial demand.

I always thought, at least pre-Covid, that the MSHSL did exclusive agreements with media partners for broadcasting section playoffs, but maybe that changed since Covid.
