Re: Minnesota Hockey Taking Over?
I guess Ill throw out some more questions, apologize if answers have already been covered. 1. For those that lean towards cancel or delay or shorten the HS season, what would be the benchmark for reconsideration? 300 new statewide cases per day instead of 600 presently? 150? Two weeks without any y...

Re: Minnesota Hockey Taking Over?
Posted by others! How do you respond to the very real concerns that by allowing youth/high school athletics, especially team contact sports, we significantly increase the risk of secondary transmission to both the athletes' classmates and, more importantly, parents, coaches, officials, and teachers...

Re: Minnesota Hockey Taking Over?
And what makes you think MH is a money making organization? It's the associations that make most of the $$$. USA Hockey and MN Hockey get a small registration fee, like around $10.00 per player and USA Hockey gets the same. At least from my recollection. Sure they make some money off their tourname...

Re: Minnesota Hockey Taking Over?
Yes you search hard enough you will find an organization that will take your money so your kid can play hockey. The Money making organizations (NAHL, USHL, tier teams, AAA teams) won’t worry about your kids health but yes they will happy to take your money. You don't think MN Hockey/USA Hockey are ...

Re: Minnesota Hockey Taking Over?
Let’s come at this differently. If school becomes online 100%. Would you think that we should have a hockey season in high school hockey? Would hickey dads still want kids to play hockey? If it’s no to the first question then how would hockey dad respond if there are outbreaks around the state trac...

Have been on the forum for 7+ years and we have been able to keep political nonsense off of the forum.....cigar and bodyshots, there are other venues for that crap...your discussions here are welcome ,but, take that junk elsewhere, .... This thread is incredible . Makes drama in West Metro , East Metro , Omg and Lvs look like nothing in comparison ! This is the greatest "pissing match" in the history of pissing matches. =D> I am convinced that defense and hunters is the same person. Sitting in his/her mom's basement with...

Re: 1996: Duluth East/Apple Valley
I think that was the only angle they provided. It looked in to me based on the time it took to break back away from the net. I really have no feelings one way or the other. It just looked in to me. I remember being a bit more emphatic about it back in '96. yeah: thats obviously not the full b...

Watching it right now. Duluth East won that game in the 2nd OT Looks like it hit the cross-bar...............were there more angles than those we saw in the clips above? I would never call anyone stupid, but there is such a thing as a stupid argument. No wrong opinions though.....except those that disagree with mine.

Re: The Hermantown Thread
Good grief you two. Give it a rest. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person, but it's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. Entertainment though huh? Well I don't know about that, but I certainly read the whole thing. I guess this social-distancing has me willing to...

Re: The Hermantown Thread
My question is: why is blame put on the program??? If nothing illegal was done according to Wow. What is everyone else's responsibility in this? I just think too much weight is put into a "Hermantown problem " and not enough into a Denfeld or Proctor or Ely or Hibbing problem. And nothing...

Re: Future of Duluth Marshall

Re: Minnesota Hockey state tournaments
WIAA (Wisconsin) just canceled all of their state tournaments, including the in-progress girls basketball tournament. WAHA (Wisconsin Youth Hockey) just canceled their remaining youth tournaments. Bantams played last weekend, but PeeWee's were set to start today.
