Connelly
I saw Brian Connelly mentioned on this thread. Is he being recruited by anyone at this time, and does anyone know if he is returning to Jefferson or going to juniors next season.

Bayers
I see B.J. Bayers name listed on the roster, I thought he had committed to Air Force and it was earlier stated that you could not play in the Chicago showcase if you had a D1 committment.

Petey, you're wrong again!
Petey, try again:

Hillen, taylor, Friesen, Bayers, Eli V. are all committed to D1 programs and they are listed on rosters. I am sure that Goligoski is not playing because he went to Sioux Falls after the season. The players with D1 committments are NOT eligible for the Chicago Showcase though...

Class AA
I think Wheeler would need to play on a "AA" team to be a serious consideration for the award. You cannot prove your the best playing at the "A" level. Regardless the list will be considerably stronger next year with the better talent in the junior class this year.

How about a thank you!
You would think that the girls would thank the boys tournament for supporting the majority of high school sports. Think about how much money is generated from this tournament? (120,000 tickets at $13.00 a piece) not counting concessions, parking etc. and that money goes to support all of the non rev...

Mpls. refs
Willie:

Carroll was one of the refs doing the Orono vs. Breck game. This was by far the worst job of officiating in a long time at the tournament. The Mpls. association has to be embarrased by this game and it shows why the teams that have to use them in the regular season complain about them...
