Stiff-shaft, are you kidding me? You would not run a squirt level drill at the high school level, is this some sort of joke? A squirt coach should already know what to teach their players. It's all the basics in squirts or even the level lower. There is no way, at anytime, should a High School coach...

yes, those Hermantown jersey's are ugly. Why would somebody do that to a jersey and whoever made those jersey's should not be in business. Did they use those jersey's again this year?

Sounds like a lot of people would rather be the problem, rather than the solution. Just getting rid of the coach is not going make the program win. Like Cabela said, get the right people in the youth program and get better youth coaches. Many organizations hire somebody ot oversee the hockey part o...

I still think to some degree the Varsity coach needs to be involved with the youth. Now if you don't care about the future of your program well than this is what you get. Maybe they need to elect better qualified people on the youth hockey board to hire qualified youth coaches. Something is going w...

Well, in my experience growing up in a metro youth program, a successful youth program. We did not come close to running the same systems as the HS team. Everything was completely different when I got to the varsity team. I never seen the HS head coach at any of our Peewee A or Bantam A games. The H...

You may not agree. But if i'm the Varsity coach and i'm trying to build My program you can bet i would want to oversee the youth program as well. Right? This is the parents point i believe. The parents are like. "If your burn't out-Get Out!"Make sense? He doesn't have any thing to do with...

Classic Suburban had a lot of Hill and STA players obviously and maybe 1 SSP player, 1 Tartan player and 1 Mahtomedi player, 1 from North St. Paul. Nobody from Simley and Sibley got it. I would guess: Hill Furne Dolan Sova Phillippi Zepeda Cecka STA Isaakson Walters Vannelli Saintey Rooney SSP Z. Pa...

Oh, and STA formed a bantam team, but whatever. You don't care about that, because those kids are recruited too right? STA's VAST economic resources bankroll hundreds of scouts to attend Mites and peewee games to fill our bantam roster... If this is true. This just proves that they do recruit becau...

I'm not so sure about this, unless they recruited some pretty good kids to replace everyone that they lost. And yes, it's recruited since they don't have a feeder program.
