Re: MSHSL moves football to spring

Time to shut this one down boys...no one winning this argument. Was anybody delusional enough to think they would?????? But, yeah, it's going the same direction the last one did. Funny how the topic header says "MSHSL moves football to spring". How long did it take for the thread to be hijacked to ...

This crap has gone on long enough. Karl was nice about it. I won't be. And anyone who takes this to any other topic will be done here. Smarten the hell up.

Not likely to have a rematch of the 2012 HDM game played at the pagel center.

Showcasing new communities will likely be a key focus going forward.

Just curious, how old is Coach Randolph? He's been coaching a long time, but I don't have a clue how old he is
He graduated from high school in 1970, so I'd say around 68

Re: 20-21 schedules

Find Rapids adding of Proctor a little surprising. Denfeld makes sense as they will be a top ten Schedule A team. I wonder if it's because Rapids is going to play in the LSC? (thought I heard that somewhere) That would explain adding Proctor and Denfeld. No idea why Superior would be added. Lee

My favorite small business in downtown White Bear Lake.

Old school hockey memorabilia and old high school t-shirts etc. Lots of cool stuff.
Who owns this place?

I was watching Anderson Cooper wonder why all these Trump supporters don’t get it and protest the Government’s handling of the pandemic. My first thought was, really? A Vanderbilt? My second was they are protesting in states led by Democratic and Republican governors, so clearly it is not entirely ...

Yes, Covid can and will take lives. Avg age of death in mid 80’s? If you are old or sick, shelter in place till you feel comfortable to come out based on low risk or vaccine available. If you are young and healthy (like the college student cited earlier who could have Covid and not even realize it....

Re: The Hermantown Thread

Thank the almighty that we live in a country that allows people responsible for scheduling a high school activity to do as they see fit. Just not Randolph and East? They can schedule however they see fit. If petty tribalism is more important than spirited competition - the very essence of HS sports...

Re: The Hermantown Thread

Is there anyone else that agrees Warroad shouldn’t play Roseau? The whole argument that a school should only play teams in their Class falls apart when it comes to conferences. Many have teams in both Class A and Class AA. What to do with those, disband the conferences? Yeah, good luck. Lee

When I initially started this thread it was to bring attention to the fact this would affect everyone, even the high school hockey fan. I knew that the potential for it to be politicized was there. So is every thread related to Hermantown. I was banned from Facebook for 30 days for this statement.....
