Great player for the age, but overrated so far by Eaves and Wisconsin. I cannot believe that they already let him accept a scholarship with his size and age. I believe that Schroeder is better and well he has had a lot of attention from schools, he has no WCHA offers yet. I believe that both of thes...

Top Sophomores
Connor Rooney of STA is a very good sophomore. He has excellent speed and crashes the net very well. He has a lot of potential and is very strong physically and on his skates for his size. Also he is playing with Baer and Schroeder of STA, so he should have a great season as he is second on the team...

Hockey1964 do you mean NTDP? Because if you are, you are out of your mind. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I personally know people at NTDP and there is no way Fisher could play on that team and even be their worst defensemen. Fisher is not as good as any of the NTDP defensemen and I believe that he did not g...

Mr. Hockey
Jay Barriball of Holy Angels will win it, without a doubt. He is committed to the U for 2007, but the only reason they are making him play juniors is because he is 5'7'' 140. In his first USHL game this year for the Sioux Falls Stampede, he had 2g and 1a as they won 3-1. He was player of the week. H...

Re: Schroeder
Oh, really how about in your other posts, the Jumboshrimp one? You said, "Sounds like he's better than Schroeder." Which was completely irrevelant, as they were talking about Shakopee, Amrbroz, and etc... So yes you have ripped him, but it's okay, you can contradict yourself, if you want i...

Re: Schroeder
Oh, I'm sorry that I am defending a great young player, who I personally know. Just because you are some plug who is unhappy that he would get undressed by a 15 year old one on one doesn't mean you have to rip him so much. You do not have to agree with me, I am just presenting my own argument. But s...

Schroeder
Might I remind everyone that Niskanen and company could not stop Schroeder last year during the STATE TOURNAMENT, oh and yea Niskanen was a first round draft pick. Also the Barriball comment, I am personal friends with Jay as we play shinny together and I talk to him on a pretty regular basis and ha...

inthefairway, you are out of your mind, how come on the elite league all star team they beat SSM prep, 2-1 and schroeder had both goals. How come I already have personal knowledge that he is getting invited to the NTDP camp this year, where he will be able to try and make NTDP is he pleases to do so...

Re: Biggest Upset to win State Tourney?
How was last years final an upset, the better team won. You cannot argue that, and do not even bring up Brian Lee because he had a horrible tournament.

Actually Fisher is not for sure going to the U next year. The U wants to see how he does this year and they also want to see if he gains any weight. As of right now he is about 6'3'' 175. He had mono this past summer, so that hurt him as I heard he was all the way down to 160-165. Also it would be i...

Schroeder
Everyone keeps bringing up Schroeder last year. He developed a lot last year as the year went on. Sure he might have more trouble scoring when people play physical, but who doesn't. He is a lot better this year than he was last year. Watch him play a couple games and I think that a lot of people mig...

St. Thomas and how far they will go this year
How far does everyone think they will go this year. I personally think they could win state as long as they make it. I believe that they will play a good Red Wing team in the section championship, where the game could go either way, however I believe St. Thomas has more depth. What do you guys think...

Re: Top 10 Players
Yes, I do think he is in the top 10 players in state. Look what he did in elite league. I believe he was the second leading scorer on his team and I also believe that his team won elite league. He was the youngest player to ever play elite league. Also if Schroeder were not to leave High School, I b...

In no specific order I think Barriball, Mattson, Fulton, Indo (Indereiden), Hoeffel, Schroeder, Fischer, Miller from Wayzata, McDunough and Hickey from Cretin.

Well said
Well said fastplay, Schroeder is better than anyone on Warroad or Red Wing this year and he will have a longer hockey career than anyone from those teams this year also. Also Warroad why don't you go play some girls and brag after you beat them, because they are girls. They aren't good so even if yo...

Re: Section 3A Championship game; RW vs STA
STA will not play like they did this last game, next time around. All of their new players are still getting used to playing together, and Sophomore Goaltender Aaron Crandall is getting used to being a varsity goalie. I think once Crandall feels comfortable as the starter, which will be soon that he...

Toughest conference
The Lake Conference is not the toughest conference in state this year. They are down a lot. Look at teams that are not going to be any good this year, such as Eagan, EV, EP, Rosemount, and Chaska. The Classic Suburban conference may not be the toughest in state but I believe that it is tougher than ...

So biapf or whatever your name is, yuo had to bring up private schools. Why is everyone so jealous of people for going to private schools. Is it that a lot of people in private schools such as Blake, Benilde, St. Thomas, Breck, and SPA are wealthier than a lot of people who do not go to private scho...
