Re: Game time????

I can't disagree with you Bob, both teams have strong defense and great goalies. I just think Jefferson can come out with a win because I believe their forwards to be slightly stronger than Grand Rapids. Don't get me wrong, GR has a good team this year and like you already said.. their goalie has a ...

Re: Game time????

Obviously, I'm a biased Jefferson fan but I think if the Jags can figure out how to get the puck in the net more often than 2 goals per game, they can win by more than 1 goal. They've had some trouble scoring all year, but I think with a strong goalie and pretty solid defense, the Jags can pull this...

Very true, good point sloppyice. AV is gonna be tough considering they shut out Lakeville 8-0. Plus its at home for them.

Re: jefferson

anyone at the game yesterday?? what are your thoughts...

Personally.. I think Kranz was looking really good. He kept the puck out of the Jefferson zone for most of the game and had 2 assists. Levine also of course looked great, his speed and stick handling basically makes him unable to stop.....

jefferson

Jefferson will obviously have a great team this year once again. However, as other people have been saying, the Jaguars will not have the team that they did last year. Connelly was a huge addition to the team along with Overman, Wild and Ruff, but there are some great additions to the team this year...

Re: LAKE

This year I think Jefferson is going to take the Lake Conference. Last year their team was unstoppable until it came time for state but with the return of Lee and new transfer Kevin Barr... the team should be pretty close to what they were last year. However, it will be hard for the defense to fill ...

Re: We will See

ok so the story is: near the middle of the hockey season the entire student section from jefferson got kicked out of the game at eastview because we were "way too rowdy" and "being distractions to the players on the other team" we started saying things to their goalie such as cal...

well i will have to admit 06, you caught me. i am a jefferson fan.. and maybe sometimes we do give ourselves a little too much credit but come on now, our entire student section got kicked out of a game. i remember your fans last year, they were pretty intense as well. keep on postin man

<...

Re: hands down

everyone knows jefferson fans are the absolute most obnoxious fans in the state. some of the cheers they come up with are outrageous and they also know how to get the fans of the other team riled up no matter who they are. the people who criticize them are just jealous because no school's fans are b...

Re: 6AA?

jefferson, they may not be as good as last year losing connelly and overman, but they're still on top with a lot of talented players. ep may also give jefferson a run for their money. as for bsm, theyre new to the AA so to start out they might not be ready to take on teams that have been with AA for...

jaskowiak

just for the record... nick jaskowiak is back at Jefferson and will be playing for them this winter. With him on the team I have no doubt that they will win section 6AA, but EP may give them a run for their money.

Re: 2005-2006 Goalies

Maybe you get too caught up in the heat of it, but that isnt very classy. Every thread you post in there is some sort of controversial issue and you end up looking like a fool. As for Jefferson, the players themselves have just as much talent as anyone else, and they proved that by getting to the st...
