Re: elite rosters

ibleedgreen. i'm a neutral observer (reader) on this thread...don't have a kid who plays unlike brokenstick and puckhead63 and a few others...but, your post smacks of being dangerously close to the reality of how things are done with regard to the elite league. sorry puckhead63...as much as you purp...

brokenschick06...i understood your logic through your thread, but, observer felt it to be somewhat canted. that's why he hates guys who drive soy burners (great on gas mileage) as well! go figure eh...

Re: Packer

pucker63...i can't disagree with your view on 6aa. the red knights may be the wild card...they will have something to prove following the move from "a" to "aa". 6aa will be exiting start to finish.

regarding the netminder spot at ep, don't rule out sund. if he contends for...

Re: Just A "Rumor"

mnorth...me thinks your info is accurate. joey's future is in football and mtka. is a powerhouse...leaving ep and mike grants program floundering. plus with tony gone joey, too, needs a change of venue.

Re: Elite 2

elliot...thanks for your (accurate) spin. i understand the two leagues are independent of one another, in fact, i would wager elite II will bite the bullet before elite I. with all the fall leagues in operation elite II may not be the best option for many skaters, particularly, as you indicate, if i...

gabe will shake off the bad karma and do fine. couple of observations. did playing in the elite II last year guarantee you a spot on elite I this year? if so, did you have to tryout to make a team or just get your walking papers from russo to a team lockerroom? surprised to see will mclain, duluth e...

Re: What a joke!

shutout. mueller without a doubt will play in the nhl, but, his road there will have been circuitous. the breck stop-over was ludicrous and clearly hype...no way could he have graduated from that school given their standards of academic excellence. he should have stuck it out as a baby blue...then o...

Re: Ouch

packer, colemans comments are abysmal...and i would not consider defending this knucklehead. just thought that before we string him up by his skate-laces it should be brought out that he's a hockey guy...to what extent i don't pretend to know. my last point, being a hockey guy, does not preclude him...

Re: Ouch

goldy, garrison, the prairie home man, should have kicked coleman's ass when he had the chance...and not just on paper! coleman did not have a hidden agenda to go after aha because they won state...he is in fact an avid hockey dad and plays on a mens league in the metro.

Re: re

hillfan why will jefferson prevail in 6aa? sure they handled ep in the section championship without a huge effort...but they will lose some top players to graduation. ep, with low expectations and no superstars, may surprise all the naysayers. puckhead63...what are your thoughts on 6aa?

Re: Junior B or High School?

rl, a good case study is chris berenguer from eden prairie. the only exception to his situation is that he opted to stay through his senior year at ep...and had an average year at that. he played juniors in texas, attaining some excellent stats, making an all-star team and now is looking at a tryout...
