I've heard a few things:

Hutchinson & LDC leave D5 and to D9.
Willmar and River Lakes leave D5 go to D4.
Crow River leaves D3 and goes to D5.
Little Falls leaves D15 and goes to D5.
Champlin Park leaves D10 and goes to D3.

Is this pretty much the proposal?

MN Hockey has past the redistricting plan as proposed.
It did not go without detractors trying to sideline the proposal for another day but in the end the majority won out (quite literally) resulting in a unanimous vote.
