There are quite a few teams in the elite divisions that I have never heard of.

I don't mind the idea of the rankings, it does make for some good debate. Lets take it a step further to help with the top States rankings. If you look outside of Minnesota, where would these two teams rank amongst their competitors? I think you will be hard pressed to find a team that is consistent...

The Blades have 2 losses and a tie this year plus a so-so record from last year. The 2000 Machine barely have a blemish or two and they get bumped?? Hmm, me thinks this ranking was done just to create some debate.

I don't think there are any real surprises. For the most part the best teams finished in the top 3. I am surprised at how close the 03 Blades/Machine game was. I am also surprised that the Machine finished 3rd in 02. Not surprised that the Warriors won. Also, the Blades won the DHI Top Tier Tourname...

Geez, the website gurus with Minnesota Made are terribly slow. Not much for updates. Anyone know any of the scores in the 02 division from the second games?

Looks like it was the Bauer Selects show in the elite divisions.
They won 2004, 2002, 2001, 2000. Minnesota teams made the semis in 04, 02, and 01. 04 TzT and 02 Blades made the finals.

Some of our Minnesota teams are travelling out of state to compete. I believe the Blades and Miracle Gold teams are along with Euro Red in certain age groups. No Machine this year. Hmm, i haven't heard of many changes to the 02 teams such as the Machine Orange and the Euro Reds.....I did hear the Blades team is somewhat different than last year but thats just because its no longer their brick team.

4-0 final against BC. 3 out of the 4 final teams are from Division 2.
I will give our boys credit, they did battle hard and represented Minnesota well.

2 studs wont win the tournament. they can't do it all at this level. I read the same posts as you, i think mom and dad are doing some pimping. Trying to get their team a little respect i guess. TB, PH, CHI, ALB, WPG, all have studs, but they also have depth!

for what it is worth, the kids looked good in the Team Minnesota jerseys, shells and lids.
