Kind of depends on the age and level. Our small team last year fell apart during play offs due to injuries at the end of the season. Older kids and higher levels (A/B1) should be full 15/2. I agree that Tonka will be good. they have a good program from youth on up.

16 and 17 is young but some kids are ready for it. Ann Arbor is a great community too.
