By this I mean do they cover the tourney fee and or have any allowance of practice ice if a teams season is to progress to either of these tournaments. I would love to hear if this is ...

The original question was 'what do the girls think'. Girls generally play boys hockey for one of three reasons: (1) They are too good to play girls hockey (2) They think they are too good to play girls hockey (3) Dad thinks they are too good to play girls hockey 98% of the time, it's #2 or #3 ...bu...

Edina will be the team to beat this year in my opinion. Watching them play at Dakotah this weekend was very impressive. They have loads of speed and creativity. No - I am not from there and don't really even like them all that much - but they are so fun to watch when you are not the one playing them...

Typically they are trying to fill 2-3 spots that have become available for whatever reason. If your son is being invited back, I would view it as positive and take advantage of the ice time ...

What's Gardiner got to do with Rau? high flyer notes that EP has Rau and Tonka has Gardiner. I was working off that comparison. I am guessing Rau is talented enough to play on one of the Elite League teams. Making the U.S. Under 18 Team should make him an automatic. Dan Molennar is a very good d-ma...

I do agree with Pens4 in this specific instance. U12 to JV is a questionable decision when your U12 group has incredible depth and excellent coaching.
