No Hags To Be Seen
What's with the Jag Hags crack - have you seen the chicks at Jefferson? They usually weigh less than 200 which is huge in my book, and I have yet to meet one that smell like livestock or potato juice.

I Didn't Mean Weak, Husker!
I mistyped, I meant to say 8AA "reeks." Actually I didn't, but it is a weak section by any objective analysis.

Please explain to me your fascination with defending your section by defining it as 'sending a team that has the ability win State' but NEVER, EVER does? No offense to the...

Depends
Stitch Lips - Your post is pathetic, although I like the "weak" joke, not bad. Obvioulsy a section is bigger than one team, which is why they call it a section - get it? Guess not, too complicated.

Try not to fill your diaper the next time we talk, makes you look "week" a...

8AA
How can one tell that 8AA is one of the two weakest sections in the state?

By looking at the teams within it.

Ram Spam
I would hope that Roseau's performance against Warroad was just a major night off. Watching that game had me wondering how on earth the Rams ever beat the Spuds. It definitely reinforces the fact that 8AA is one of the two weakest sections in the state.

Good Job?
Its painful to even think about witnessing another "good job" by the Spuds at the big show, howse about winning it just once with all the recent free passes through the mighty 8AA? Go Rams!

Re: pelted with potatoes.....by CitiesSpudsguy...
I'd agree that its unfair and inaccurate to lump all Spuds fans together due to the actions of a few.

What's more important is that it is completely accurate to lump all Spuds team into one critical category - can't win the big one (some would say "choke," but I won't go there ;-).<...

GR
The most important factor that turned the game around for GR is one that BJ can solve and that was a couple of players hurt the team with multiple penalties (most of them stupid) in the first period just as BJ had taken the 2 goal lead. GR is a solid team and could've turned it around anyway, but BJ...

Do I Need to Pull the Car Over?
Get a grip guys, you both have valid points mixed in with some wierd stuff, fun to read anyway until about now. Anyway, shutout is right to say BJ has a clear goalie advantage, but this game is in GR19's house - but its all on paper so who knows, right?

I'm still going 5-3 BJ. Good to see Ols...

Stop The Crap
I know of this situation personally and directly, many of you need to stop and think rationally about what you're saying. Re: Jefferson vs. Grand Rapids 1/7/05
GR19 - I doubt Levine is new to having attention paid to him by the opposing team, I've seen him in the Jefferson weight room at over 200# and basically no body fat - GR may want to go after somebody else for "major hits" plus he's the kind of player you don't necessarily want to tick off....

BJ v DE
Extremely physical game that featured some good chances for both teams. Unfortunately, Jefferson again did not show the offensive teamwork they're capable of, and had to scratch & claw their way through the entire game. McLean and Turnbull teamed up for a shorthanded goal in the second period of...

Re: Third Period
Cuda - I appreciate your response, and I felt I worded my post as gently as I could. I played for Jefferson and played beyond, logging many hours as a coach - only saying that to point out that I don't write those things lightly. Lindquist does far more that is positive and correct than he does the ...

I didn't like the quality, it wasn't too bad but it had some of the web glitches I personally hate, but if you buy the package its cheap enough to maybe make it worthwhile.

Thrid Period
The problems that the third period in this game caused for Jefferson were caused by basically a couple of things in my view:

1. The undisciplined play of a few players who just let up on the work ethic and started playing like Bantams, and cost their team.

2. Not the sharpest of coachi...
